The Joint Service Function is an area within Regionservice, tasked with delivering services in the areas of finance, HR, and customer service. Together, we are one of Sweden's largest administrative service centers with approximately 400 employees. Vårdgivarservice is responsible for the administration of reimbursements, support, and assistance regarding systems for external and internal healthcare providers in Region Skåne. A large part of the unit's mission consists of supporting providers in various administrative issues related to regulations, systems, contracts, and reimbursements. The work also includes managing the reimbursements that are paid to providers for contracted care. Currently, about 25 employees work in the unit.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as an economist, you will assist with requests from clients, payments of healthcare reimbursements, analyses, and producing statistics. You will have contact with suppliers of our reimbursement systems as well as with our management groups and will act as a specialist during procurements. Furthermore, you will have an overarching function where you also support your colleagues with questions regarding, for example, healthcare reimbursements and assist our customers in reimbursement matters. The work also includes other IT-related tasks connected to the reimbursements we pay out. The work takes place in IT systems such as Pasis, Raindance, and Qlikview.
An important part of your job is to communicate numbers, analyses, and provide answers to our customers and clients in an understandable way. Additionally, you will be involved in our development work within the unit by identifying and forwarding improvement suggestions.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a university or college degree in economics, preferably with an IT focus or similar. You also have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Furthermore, you have a few years of work experience in a similar role and are accustomed to analyzing large volumes of data. Experience with Access and Qlikview systems is an advantage.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a strong interest in both IT and problem-solving. You work in a structured and service-oriented manner with a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you enjoy conducting analyses and seeing different correlations, as well as having good problem-solving skills. Additionally, you have strong communication skills and can easily prioritize your work effectively and successfully. You can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, to whom you are happy to share your knowledge and experiences. Personal suitability is of great importance.
